Instructor Training
Our InstructorsPlymouth Ski and Snowboard Centre provides the highest standard of teaching, and our instructors are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We assess our instructors within our in-house John Nike Leisuresport accreditation system. Twice a year we operate training weekends for trainee ski and snowboard instructors. Trainees are assessed both for technical and teaching abilities. Once they have passed both assessments, and have completed their 20hrs of shadowing existing instructors, they are ready to teach for us. All trainee instructors will shadow existing experienced instructors for twenty hours before undertaking a teaching assessment.
